Terms & Conditions: REAL ESTATE: A non-refundable deposit of 15% will be required within 24 hours of the day of the sale with closing within 30 days. The seller will furnish a deed and preliminary title search. A 10% AUCTION FEE will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price on the real estate. All other expenses, including closing costs will be charged to the purchaser(s). Property sold “as is” with no warranties expressed or implied.

Server, software technical or internet issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction related technologies, Holland Realty & Auctions Inc. reserves the right to extend the bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
