Accepting consignments now! Consign early for maximum marketing exposure and to be included in the advertising brochure. Equipment will sell in the order that it arrives. We will begin taking items on August 24th...Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Last day to bring consigned items is Wednesday, September 9th at dark. Please note this cutoff is earlier than in the past, to allow us to set the sale order and listed for online bidding. Items are lined up in the order that they arrive, so bring items early! Photos, video and information on each lot is updated daily on our catalog as items arrive, please continue to check back for updates. We post additional information on items as it becomes available to us.
This auction offers something for all! Tractors, campers, trailers, farm equipment, construction equipment, boats, and much more! This a live auction with online bidding available. You may bid live on Saturday or online. There is a zero percent buyer's premium for onsite live bidders. A five percent buyer's premium is charged for online bidders. There is also a five percent fee for credit card processing.

How do live/online (simulcast) auctions work?
Our live/online auctions can be joined in person or right here online on our website from your computer, phone or tablet.
You simply click on the Register tab and place bids on items your wish to purchase. You can also place a max bid to authorize bids up to a certain amount, in order for the system to continue bidding on your behalf- up to that amount.
ONLY registered bidders can participate in our online auctions. If you have trouble getting registered, logging in, or bidding, please call Todd at 870-845-9200.
Please keep in mind: You may bid live on Saturday, September 12 or online. There is a zero percent buyer's premium for onsite live bidders. A five percent buyer's premium is charged for online bidders. There is also a five percent fee for credit card processing.

Buyer Terms (Bidders)
- No Buyer's Premium on live bidding. For online bidders of A ROW equipment, there will be a 5% online buyers premium. Online Buyers Premium of 5% is added to the high bid of items purchased online. Please take this into consideration when bidding. Bid price + buyer premium = sale price.
Complete payment the day of sale, cash or approved check with proper I.D. or credit/debit card with 5% convenience fee. Online bidders have until Monday at 5 p.m. to complete payment.
Announcements made at auction will take precedence over all printed material. Todd Morris Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents, fire or theft. Not responsible for items not present on the day of sale. No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made.
Todd Morris Auction Co. consignment auctions are auctions that have items or lots that may or may not have a reserve. These reserves are private and cannot be disclosed until after the completion of the sale. Please bid with precaution, as all bids are confirmed bids. Any item with a reserve can have its reserve lifted or removed before the completion of the sale.
All property is sold in AS IS and WHERE IS condition. All Sales are final. Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc. will be allowed. The property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. The bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.
All description information has been gathered from sources that we believe to be reliable but is not guaranteed. The auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. The auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, or delete any item or a lot, or description in the auction as may be necessary.
Bidder default: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) a $5,000 penalty (3) loss of bidding privileges for Todd Morris Auction Co. and all other MarkNet auctions.
Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Todd Morris Auction Company will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated.
Storage Fee- All items purchased or consigned must be picked up by end of day Friday, September 18 or will be subject to a $25 per day lot fee thereafter, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any item left here after that (one week), will be considered forfeited and become property of Todd Morris Auction Co.
No shipping is available for this auction.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Todd Morris Auction co. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR TODD MORRIS AUCTION CO. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary. Any dispute between Todd Morris Auction Co. its Agents or Representatives and the Buyers) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Hempstead County, Arkansas. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Agency: Todd Morris Auction Co. Agents and Representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Todd Morris Auction Co. and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc. Todd Morris Auction Co. reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
