DEFAULT: Any purchases not paid for within 3 days of the close of the auction will be in default. At the time of default, the bidder will be black listed with Mickey Duckett Professional Auctioneer, LLC and MarkNet Auctions. Defaulters will be charged 30% of the total bid price or $500.00, whichever is greater, and the items will be forfeited to Mickey Duckett Professional Auctioneer, LLC.
