This extensive eclectic collection auction features antique furniture, vintage kitchen equipment, cast iron cookware, uranium glass, local Ohio advertising memorabilia, antique tools, toys, and collectibles from Pemberton, Ohio. The collection is remarkably diverse, spanning multiple decades and categories of Americana.
Furniture includes antique oak wardrobe dresser, Victorian style twin size bed frame, wooden dining tables, oak table with three chairs, and vintage Sellers kitchen cabinet. Kitchen equipment features Dazey butter churn, Tiffin corn sheller, hand crank cream separator, vintage corn jobbers and corn shellers (multiple), wall mount sausage stuffer press, and ACME band corn planter.
Extensive uranium glass collection includes measuring pitchers and cups (multiple), butter dish with cover, fruit juicer dishes, candle holders (6+ pairs), candy dishes, salt dishes and shakers, shot glasses, depression glass tulip salts, drinking cups, and green uranium glass lamp and jars. Vintage kitchen items feature cast iron and enamelware including Sidney Hollowware and Wagner Ware pieces, Coldhandle skillets, cast iron kettles, coffee pots, and spittoons.
Local advertising collectibles feature thermometers from Leininger Grain Co., B&B Oil Co., Pence Grain, Jackson Center, Russia, Pemberton, Fort Loramie, and mail pouch tobacco. Extensive lantern collection features Coleman lanterns (220K, 220J, 200A models), Dietz lanterns, Rayo lanterns, railroad lanterns, and oil lamps. Scales include Triner air mail accuracy scales (2 units), Chatillon spring scales, hanging scales, and brass balance scales with weights.
Vintage tools include carpenter's chest with early house building tools, wooden planes, draw knives, beam draw knives, hand cranks and augers, wood chisels, and assorted hand tools. Cast iron items feature lion coin banks, sad irons (WAPAK models), cow bells, and various cast iron decorative pieces.

***** Before bidding, PLEASE be sure to have plenty of help at the designated pick-up time and location to remove your items as our staff is not always able to assist. You are responsible for furnishing ALL labor, carts/dollies, and packaging materials.
If you are unable to secure the labor or proper equipment for removal at the noted time and location, then PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!

The following fees WILL be charged when necessary:
*The purchaser will be charged a $25.00 non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind and all disposal costs.
*The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending time.
*Repeated tardiness and/or failure to remove items will result in the revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.
*BUYERS PREMIUM: A Buyer's premium of 15% will be charged on each purchase unless otherwise stated. A buyer's premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid or a flat fee added to the high bid, will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. The buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyer's premium.

Once your items are invoiced, you will receive a follow-up email from our partner company, Shipping Saint, allowing you to schedule a pickup time or have them shipped.
PACKING and SHIPPING: Our fast and efficient professional shipping department handles the shipping of most items in-house. All shipments require insurance. We do not ship items without insurance coverage for the final invoiced sales price of the item(s), including the Buyer's Premium. We do not accept 3rd party shipping labels. Our shipping department charges $45/hour for packing labor, plus the cost of shipping supplies (new boxes, bubble wrap, paper, and packing peanuts) and the retail shipping cost.
We are unable to provide shipping estimates. Once we pack items for shipment, they will not be released until payment is made in full for all packing and shipping charges and fees, as our insurance provider requires. We do not refund buyers because the shipping cost is too high. If items need to be moved back to our facility from an on-site location, there will be a $5.00 per lot handling fee.
ALL OF OUR ONLINE AUCTIONS FEATURE BOTH A MAX BID OPTION AS WELL AS A SOFT CLOSE.
"STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time at a rate of 10 lots every 3 minutes. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot.
You may place a “MAX BID” on any item, and the computer will bid on your behalf, eliminating the need to “babysit” your bids. This option is highly recommended so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason.
The “SOFT CLOSE” feature means any bid received in the auction's final minutes will auto-extended bidding on that particular item or lot by 3 minutes, thus allowing a backup bidder to raise their bid. If you do not use the MAX BID feature and are outbid, you will be notified via e-mail or text and will have the opportunity to raise your bid.
Sales Tax: Ohio Sales Tax of 7.25% shall be charged
•Payment:
Your credit card on file will be charged for all invoices under $2000.00, except for titled vehicles, equipment, coins, currency, or bullion. All denied transactions due to expiration date, insufficient funds, or other reasons will be subject to a $20.00 reprocessing fee. You can update your credit card under "PROFILE" on the website dashboard.
Invoices over $2,000.00 may be settled in cash or check with a letter of bank guarantee, wire transfer, or according to previous arrangements made with the Auction Company. An additional credit card processing fee of 4% will be applied to all invoices using a card for these purchases.
Coins, Currency, or Bullion: If the buyer is unknown to the auction company, all invoices over $ 750.00 MUST be settled in cash or wire transfer. An additional credit card processing fee of 4% will be applied to all invoices using a card for these purchases
No item will be released or transferred until payment has been posted to our account.
A paid invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE"-"INVOICES."
You MUST present a paid invoice before you can remove your items.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date.
GENERAL TERMS: The auction will be conducted by Vondenhuevel Auctioneers LLC on behalf of the owners of the property, referred to as the Seller. The auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. The auction shall be governed by the terms set forth herein (the agreement) and any additional terms and conditions that are posted concerning the specific property. The Agreement constitutes a valid, binding contract between individuals participating in the auction with the intent to purchase property, referred to as the Bidder or Buyer, and Seller/Auctioneer. The term Bidder or Buyer shall include, but not limited to, the individual or the company represented by the individual and any and all of its agents, employees, representatives, officers, and directors. Auctioneer reserves the right to periodically change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, which shall be effective immediately upon posting. The Bidder is responsible for reviewing any and all changes made to these terms and conditions before bidding on the property. The act of submitting a bid shall constitute Bidder's acceptance of each and every term and condition contained herein, any additional terms and conditions posted with the property, and any changes made within the full agreement. All persons attending, inspecting, or removing property assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer from all liability. Auctioneer is not liable by reason of any defect in, or condition of, the property or the premises on which the preview/sale is held. The auctioneer is released for any claims of actual damage to the property sold and or consequential damages that may result from the sale of defective property.
DISCLOSURES: NO WARRANTY: There is no warranty offered, expressed, or implied by Vondenhuevel Auctioneers LLC or Sellers for any property. All property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with all faults and defects therein.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All information provided is believed to be correct, but NO warranty as such is either expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder is solely responsible for determining the condition, age, authenticity, value, or any other determinative factor. A bidder inspection of the property prior to submitting a bid is strongly recommended. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw property from the auction and or regroup items. The auctioneer reserves the right to sell property absolutely or with reserve at the seller's discretion. The Seller does have the right to make the final bid, and the Auctioneer does have the right to bid on behalf of the Seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to open the bid if a technical issue arises. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the property at the time of purchase and all risk of loss and damage to property. All titles will be assigned to the buyer. NO OPEN TITLES.
BIDDER REGISTRATION: Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and are required to register for the auction. In registration, the Bidder must submit information found to be current, complete, and accurate for proper identification. The auctioneer does not sell or rent this information. Auctioneer uses email mailing lists to notify customers about online and live auctions. Customers who do not wish to be notified should contact the office of the Auctioneer and request removal from the email mailing list. The bidder is responsible for securing his/her bidding number/username and password and any and all bids placed under the assigned number ID. The auctioneer should be notified immediately if the Bidder believes the number and/or password have been compromised. The auctioneer reserves the right to terminate registration, deny any person permission or access to bid for any reason, reject any and all bids, and suspend or ban the Bidder from bidding at the Auctioneer's sole discretion. Bidder registration is not transferable or assignable.
BIDDING: The Bidder must register to participate in the auction. Read the descriptions of each lot and view photographs carefully. If you have any questions, call 937-492-1078. If you visit the viewing location, please personally inspect the property on which you intend to bid during the date(s) indicated in the details per item. Using YOUR knowledge and experience, form your own opinion of the property and bid accordingly. If you are in doubt, DO NOT BID. All items are sold AS-IS; this is an AUCTION, and all SALES ARE FINAL. Bids cannot be retracted and are binding contracts between the Bidder and Auctioneer/Seller. The bidder is accountable for being informed about the property and associated costs before bidding. A maximum bid can be placed on the property. A maximum bid is kept confidential, and the Bidder authorizes the Auctioneer to place bids on his/her behalf up to the amount of the maximum bid. Upon sale of the property, identifying information and purchase amount will be posted for a designated period of time. All questions or disputes must be resolved immediately; no changes or adjustments will be made at a later date. Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen bidding. Auctioneer decisions will be final.
CHOICE OF LAW: The law of the State of Ohio governs this agreement. Any dispute arising from the terms of this auction shall be brought in a court of Shelby County, Ohio.
