AUCTION NOTES· This is an ONLINE auction only.
· A 15% Buyer's Premium and 5.5% Madison County sales tax will be added to the highest bid.

· Winning invoices will be emailed by 11 PM auction night to the email address used for registration

· Pick up will be Wednesday, January 19th at Horton Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc. located at 8719-A Highway 53 in Toney, Alabama  35773 between 9 AM - 3 PM. (Fowler Auction Warehouse) 

· Shipping arrangements and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser AND MUST be prearranged with Horton Auction, before 4 PM Auction Day.
