The person picking up the firearm MUST be the name on the paid invoice. If these criteria are not met, Wears Auctioneering will not release the firearm to you Wears Auctioneering will require that ALL OUT OF STATE firearms buyers have their firearms shipped to a local licensed FFL dealer within your state.
